Newgas seeks to promote the use of clean and safe cooking fuel while ensuring the safety of customers and also minimizing environmental and health risks associated with traditional wood fuels. Below is a snapshot of how our door – to – door delivery system works.

Newgas aims to distribute liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders directly to the homes of customers or to designated locations as determined by customers.
Newgas seeks to promote the use of clean and safe cooking fuel while ensuring the safety of customers and also minimizing environmental and health risks associated with traditional wood fuels. Below is a snapshot of how our door – to – door delivery system works.
Delivery Schedule: Once an order is placed, the Newgas distributor schedules delivery to the customer’s location. Delivery schedules can be regular or expedited depending on the customer’s needs and preferences.
Cylinder Delivery: A Newgas delivery agent brings the requested LPG cylinder(s) directly to the customer’s doorstep or designated location.
Cylinder Exchange: In refill order instances, the Newgas delivery agent will exchange the empty cylinder for a filled one, eliminating the need for customers to visit a distribution point for cylinder refills.
Payment: Payment for the delivered LPG cylinder(s) can be made on delivery or via our various electronic payment methods.
Safety Measures: Newgas’ delivery agents follow strict safety protocols to ensure the safe handling, transportation and delivery of LPG cylinders. Our agents are trained to handle cylinders properly and adhere to safety guidelines prescribed by the company.
